Softinsa is one of the winning companies of the Best Places to Work in Portugal

March 21, 2024 – Softinsa was considered one of the Best Places to Work in Portugal, according to Great Place to Work Portugal.

The revelation of the winning companies took place last night at the do Beato convent. The largest organizational climate study in Portugal presented the companies that, according to their employees, have the highest confidence indexes.

Softinsa, which had already obtained the Certified seal from Great Place to Work Portugal in November 2023, now adds another important certification as Best Workplaces in Portugal.

This recognition is based on a global methodology, applied for over 30 years, which mainly considers the perception of employees, through their voluntary and anonymous response to a questionnaire (Trust Index).
